Aloha Raisins!!

I'm so excited to be a Raisin for the 3rd straight year now!!!! The countdown and anticipation is sending chills up my spine as i write this!

That said, I thought I would test the magical waters of community support and see if any one could help me get 2 bikes to the playa for myself and my freind Reine. We are both flying into Reno from Denver on Thursday morning, and will be arriving in a rental truck Thursday afternoon. Obviously we don't really have a way to transport bikes from Colorado. So we have been trying to procure some bikes in Reno that we can pick up on the way to BRC, but so far we have had little luck.

I'm sure there is no emergency, and I would never ask anyone to burden themselves on my behalf in any way--we will find bikes somehow I'm sure. But in the meantime--and at the final hour, sorry--I thought I'd see if any of you angelic Raisins could pull through with some sort of easy solution for us like:

"Oh no problem Todd! We have to extra beachcruisers that would be suitable for two large boys, and we would love to help you out! If you want to borrow them, we could easily throw them on our bike rack for you to use on the playa!"

If any of you have any way to help us out in any such way, we would be glad to compensate you accordingly for your kind and gratious efforts!

In addition, the two of us have yet to officially connect with a pod as of yet. AJ suggested we camp in the "in-tent city" area, and said she would do her best to save us a space to park our suv and drop a couple small tents. However, I was also hoping to officially connect with a focalizer that could hold us a spot.

Again, no worries whatsover. I know the peices will fall into place effortlessly when the time comes, but I might gain a little extra peice of mind if I knew a specific focalizer could expect our arrival Thursday afternoon and hold us a space.
