The members of Blazin Raisin who have been in charge of infrastructure, transport, and set-up will not be involved in the creation of camp this year.

if anyone is wanting to step up as a contact liaison to Burning Man and register the Village space on the Playa, the deadlines are in February.
The advantages of registering the Village are many, a few are: early arrival privileges, saved space, planning who your neighbors will be, official cooperation from BM event staff and the cohesiveness of all your friends nearby in the same area.
This will not occur without someone, ANYONE, actually taking an interest and doing the leg work that has been done by others in the past.
